Two decades of site experience, from the tools to the top of the program. Two hundred projects delivered, and he still walks every one of them.

Introduction

He learned the whole job backwards, one trade at a time.

Nine trades, a 120-unit site as foreman at three months, and nineteen years under his own licence since 2006.

Born in Lebanon and in Australia since 1985, Ibrahim grew up with nothing in a family that never stopped working. His father worked until he was eighty. That is where the rules came from, and they have not changed since: pay on time, stay humble, no one is better than no one.

Away from work he backs Rydalmere FC, Guildford Owls Rugby Club and Dunbar Rovers FC every season, supports cancer research fundraising each year, and belongs to Port Hacking, Botany Bay and Sydney Game Fish Club. All of it sits in the same suburbs he grew up in, which is the point.

Leadership and community

The sponsorships sit in the suburbs the sites are in — junior football and rugby, the fishing clubs, and cancer research. Written on the jerseys, not the website.

Sponsorship is not marketing spend.

It goes to the clubs and causes in the same suburbs as the sites — Ibrahim George Dardas
